Al-Harazi coffee is grown on the mountainous of Haraz region at an altitude of 1800-2500 meters of  sea level, where the moderate temperature and humidity are low, and this is one of the most important factors of its quality in addition to the quality of the water used to irrigate the coffee trees, as it depends on rain water, dams and springs from the mountain peaks. Which specializes in a balanced mineral composition and has a sweet taste that gives the fruits of coffee a sweet and unique flavor.
