This sort comes from many farms of the western Haraz Mountains in Sana’a governorate, which are at an altitude of 1,800-2,200 meters above sea level.

Its climate is more moderate and its water is of relatively good quality, and the coffee fruits are of very good quality.

Mocha Harazi products come to our facilities after drying by the farmers themselves using the same traditional natural method without washing and exposing coffee fruits to sunlight and placed the beans on concrete or brick surfaces until they reach the required level of dark red or dark gray color.
